It’s done, it’s done, it’s done!!! The last of the paint has dried, all the furniture has been assembled, all the fabric and supplies have been moved into new storage containers and I have my craft room back. Squeeeee!
I absolutely LOVE how this room turned out. It’s bright and airy, I can get to all my supplies and I have a huge work table.
Because I know people will ask, all the white furniture came from Ikea. The tall shelves are Billy bookcases, and the work table is made of two Kallax shelf units with two Kallax drawer inserts. We suspended a Linnmon table top between the two shelf units with “L” brackets to create a 7-1/2′ counter. I purchased the desk at World Market a couple years ago, and I’ve had the drafting table I use as a sewing machine table for at least 15 years. I don’t remember where I bought it originally. The wall color is Behr “Silver Bullet,” and I used two coats of primer and two coats of white Behr porch paint on the floor.
Since I just can’t get enough of this space, here are a few more photos. Before:
During (yikes!):
And after, with everything in place except artwork:
If you need me, I’ll be in my happy place!

Fabulous result. Thank you.
I still love looking at your new room Bet you love being in it!
I do, I do! It makes me happy every time I walk in there.
