Folded Paper Christmas Tree Boxes

November 13, 2017 by Pam Leave a Comment

Are they gift boxes? Ornaments? Decorations? These little Christmas tree boxes are a snap to make and you’ll find endless ways to use them. Your only limit is the size of the paper you use!

To make them, you just need cardstock or heavy scrapbook paper and the free templates. You can download them here:

  • PNG file
  • JPG file

Scale the templates to whatever size you want and cut the boxes using your Silhouette or Cricut.

Flip the cut boxes over and score the fold lines.

Crease the flaps first, then the sides.

If you want to use your boxes as ornaments, make a hanger by tying a large knot or a bead at the end of a loop embroidery floss or thread. Position the bead inside the box and fold the sides around it.

If you’re using the boxes for treats, drop them in now. Fold the square flap in next, then tuck in the tab to close.

Aren’t they cute?
